The Alzheimer's Association - West Texas Chapter works with groups and community educators here in San Angelo to deliver education programs, caregiver support groups, community forums, and other services to those who live in the Concho Valley. Currently, there are approximately 3,400 people in Tom Green County who are affected by Alzheimer's or other dementia. In 2024, your support helped us deliver education to professional and family caregivers, and over 500 families participated in education programs. Thank you!
