About the Organization
Who is My Neighbor is based on the story of the Good Samaritan found in Luke 10:25-37 "so he asked Jesus, And who is
my neighbor? Jesus replied by asking who the man thought was a neighbor to the man attacked by robbers. The man
responded, "The one who had mercy on him." We want to go and do likewise by offering assistance in various ways such
as, but not limited to, prayer, counseling, education, personal
finances, housing, utilities, food, transportation, medical needs, child care, or any need that will empower people as
opposed to enabling them. We show mercy and help fill needs in areas in which others are struggling. By teaching
financial stewardship and getting of debt, we are helping people break out of poverty.
